JOB CONTEXT 

In our Aigle office based in Hong Kong, we are looking for our next Shoes Product Developer.

You will be part of the Product Development team, our head of product development and will put your expertise to work for a sustainable and responsible brand. 

As a Shoes Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our shoes range from concept to production.

In this position, you will work together with different departments (Offer, Studio, Quality, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply Chain).

In line with the CSR values of the brand, you accomplish your mission by following the strategic axes defined by the company.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

• You have at least 8-15 years of experience in the shoe development.
• Coming from Sports/Outdoor brands, good knowledge on the footwear category.
• Higher Diploma or degree holders in Fashion, footwear or related filed.
• Strong knowledge of shoe construction, materials & manufacturing processes.
• You have experience interpreting tech packs and reading 2D files.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to analyse product, negotiate with vendors and take appropriate decisions.
• Dynamic, detail-oriented, proactive.
• Sharp communication in English and Chinese, open-minded & willing to communicate with others
• Ability to negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Competent with MS Office, PLM and proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
