JOB CONTEXT
In our Aigle office based in Hong-Kong, we are looking for our next Head of finance M/W. You will be part of Priscille's team, our AAL Managing Director, and will put your expertise to work for a sustainable and responsible brand.
In order to, your role will be to lead the financial management of the Aigle Asia Business Unit, ensuring robust financial planning, performance monitoring, compliance, and strategic partnership with operational teams.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives.
- Support decision-making through insightful financial analysis and scenario planning.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Asia leadership team on profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Own & lead the annual budgeting process, consolidating inputs from sourcing, production, and market teams.
- Oversee rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial performance tracking.
- Ensure alignment between operational targets (purchasing, selling price, margins) and financial outcomes.
Business Performance & Margin Management
- Monitor and analyze: purchasing costs, selling prices, gross margins by product, country, and channel.
- Drive profitability improvement through actionable recommendations on cost and margin optimization.
- Support pricing strategy and margin optimization initiatives.
Operations Finance Oversight
- Oversee financial aspects of: sourcing and supplier management, production and quality control processes, logistics, shipment, and invoicing cycles.
- Ensure financial discipline across the full value chain.
Accounting, Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Guarantee compliance with: group accounting standards, local statutory and tax regulations across Asia
- Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal controls.
Consolidation & Group Reporting
- Consolidate financial data from Asia operations and report to headquarters in France.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency of financial information.
- Facilitate communication between regional teams and Group Finance.
Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Strengthen internal control frameworks and financial governance processes.
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team across Asia.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership.
JOB SPECIFICS
Occasional travels to Paris site will be required.

- You have at least 8 - 12 years of experience in the finance, including leadership roles
- You have excellent communication skills in French and in English
- You have strong experience in manufacturing / sourcing / supply chain
- You have proven track record in multi-country financial management
- You have strong business partnering experience
- You have experience with European HQ
- You master Excel, SAP, (TM1, Power BI is a plus)
